T1988 Waterborne Self-Matt Polycarbonate Resin

Main Description :

T1988 is a waterborne self-matt pure Polycarbonate and Polyurethane resin.

 

Physical properties:

Appearance: Milky White liquid                Solid : 32±1%

PH value: 7-9                                             Ionicity : Anionic

  • Excellent high-temperature resistance and scratch resistance, no gloss after scratching
  • Good abrasion resistance and resistant to alcohol wiping.
  • Silky smooth and fine texture with excellent adhesion.
  • Due to the nature of pure polycarbonate matte raw liquid, the film formation is   relatively weak. Do not use it alone. It can be combined with anionic and non-ionic functional resins and additives for optimal effect.

 

Application

Suitable for paper, leather, textiles and wooden products

 

Packing and Storage:

120kg/Drum

Keep container tightly closed in ventilated place at temperature 5℃-30℃. The original package (blue plastic drum) can be stored for 12 months.

 

Caution:

Stirring well before use. Normally emulsion viscosity will be changed under different temperature environment.
