Specification:

CAB1638 is a milky white, medium-viscosity emulsion. It forms a moderately soft, high-gloss film with excellent resistance to yellowing and anti-blocking properties. When used with an appropriate crosslinking agent, it can significantly improve the dry and wet rub fastness of the product. It is recommended for use in white leather and coatings where yellowing resistance is required. The excellent product properties, combined with a variety of unique textures, further enhance the fashionable and high-end quality of white leather.

Operation procedure:

When CAB1638 is used as a top coat on a base coat which used in a high proportion of polyurethane resin, its adhesion should be tested in advance. This is because CAB Lacquer may encounter adhesion issues when applied on polyurethane coatings.

Storage:

1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-30℃, keep from sunlight or freezing. Drums should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken out from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. Non-dangerous chemicals.

Caution:

Stir  well  before  use.   Normally  emulsion  viscosity  may be  changed  under  different temperature environment.
