222 is self-matting aliphatic polyurethane dispersion

Physical properties:

Appearance: Milky White liquid                Solid : 28±1%

PH value: 8-9                                             Viscosity: ≤1200 CPS

Ionicity : Anionic

• Use on matt covering paste
• Suitable for mechanical printing and manual printing, recommended apply for  textile printing, digital direct printing. Good washing fastness and heat resistance, no effect on gloss at high temperature.
• Suitable for matt treatment on printing paste , good effect on matt luminosity and fastness. Surface is dry and smooth with a skin feeling after covering.

Packing and Storage:

120kg/Drum

Keep container tightly closed in ventilated place at temperature 5℃-30℃. The original package (blue plastic drum) can be stored for 12 months.

Caution:

Stirring well before use. Normally emulsion viscosity will be changed under different temperature environment.
