Appearance: Semi-Transparent liquid     Solid : 30±1%

PH value: 6-9                                           Ionicity : Anionic

• Mid-hard film with elasticity , excellent light and UV fastness , outstanding physical properties and emboss retention
• Excellent wear and abrasion resistance,
• Great water and solvent resistance, good flex resistance

Test Condition :

1. Light Fastness test : no yellowish after 4 hours under UV + 80℃ temperature .
2. Heat Resistance test : Not stick on board after plating at 120℃ high temperature .
3. Flex Resistance test: -20℃ ,50,000 times; Room temperature 80,000times.
4. Water Resistance test : No whiten after soaking in boiling water for 30mins.
5. Solvent Resistance test : No whiten after soaking in butyl ester for 120mins.
6. Freezing Resistance test: no impact after frozen .

Packing and Storage:

120KGs/Drum

1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-30℃, keep from sunlight or freezing. Drums should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken out from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. Non-dangerous chemicals.

Caution:

Stir well before use. Normally emulsion viscosity be changed under different temperature environment.
